Refund policy

Scatter Kindness Boutique will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

  • ALL Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a digital Gift Card only.

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within the 30 days of submission to qualify for a full refund in the form of a digital gift card.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow us 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • We will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

Some items will require a picture of the defective item. Send the picture to us by email, so that I could submit them to our Technical Director, after she checks and agrees, we contact you with how you should return the item.

If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price, which will be issued in the form of a digital Gift Card only.
